Dream worker

Theo Adeyemi

“Your dreams are letters you wrote to yourself.”

Curious and playful. Theo treats dreams as stories worth listening to, never as a code with one right answer.

About Theo

Theo has kept a dream journal since he was nine, and now has forty-one notebooks of them. He found dream work through a writing class and never looked back.

He doesn’t believe in dream dictionaries. A snake in your dream means something different from a snake in his, and finding out what is the fun part.

Sessions are part conversation, part detective story. Bring a dream, even a strange or embarrassing one. Especially those.

Good for

  • A dream that keeps coming back
  • Vivid dreams after a big change
  • Starting a dream journal
  • Nightmares you’d like to understand
